Enrollment in GCIMS courses is subject to availability and completion of the registration process, including payment of applicable fees. Course fees are clearly stated on our website and must be paid in accordance with the payment terms provided.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify course fees at any time, but changes will not affect enrollments already completed.
Students are responsible for ensuring they meet all prerequisites and eligibility requirements for their chosen courses. GCIMS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses and will provide appropriate notice and alternatives when possible.
All content on the GCIMS website and in our educational materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of GCIMS or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content without our express written permission.

Students are expected to maintain the highest standards of academic integrity. Plagiarism, cheating, falsification of data, or any form of academic dishonesty will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action including course failure, suspension, or expulsion.
All assignments, examinations, and projects must be completed independently unless group work is specifically authorized. Proper citation and attribution must be provided for all sources used in academic work.
Upon successful completion of a course or program, students will receive a certificate or credential as specified in the course description. Certificates are issued based on satisfactory completion of all course requirements, including assessments and payments.
GCIMS credentials indicate completion of our educational programs and do not necessarily confer professional licenses or authorizations to practice in any jurisdiction. Students are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable licensing and regulatory requirements in their location.
Misrepresentation of credentials, unauthorized use of GCIMS name or logo, or falsification of certificates may result in revocation of credentials and legal action.
GCIMS services and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content. Educational outcomes may vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and other factors.
